Ensure the smooth and efficient operation of M&E systems and equipment throughout the building, including:

• Pumps and motors

• Fans and motors

• Clean water and wastewater systems

• Clean water and wastewater tanks

• Fire protection systems

• Electrical equipment

• Electrical panels

• Lift and escalator systems

• Indoor and outdoor lighting systems

• Air-conditioning systems and related equipment

• Other M&E systems and equipment as required

2. Report all repair and maintenance activities to the M&E Shift Leader and Engineering Supervisor.

3. Be responsible for the proper use, maintenance, and cleanliness of materials, tools, equipment, and resources used for building operations and repair activities.

4. Regularly record equipment breakdowns and maintenance activities in the History Card and prepare the necessary repair schedules.

5. Be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of M&E equipment, facilities, and their designated areas.

6. Carry out corrective and preventive maintenance activities in accordance with established procedures and schedules.
