Engineer Packaging (Manufacture Food & Beverage)

About the role

This role involves machine maintenance and troubleshooting, daily checks for production and auxiliary machines, machine start up, shut down and parameter adjustment, and production line continuous improvement. You will monitor production processes, machine condition and quality products, make daily production sheets and control environment production, and examine, assess and submit daily production performance reports.

About you

• D3/D4/S1 Mechanical Engineering qualification

• At least 2 years of experience in the industry as a technician

• Knowledge and experience related to blowing machines (Sidel)

• Good understanding of Blowing machines

• Good understanding of Engineering Drawings

• Understanding in the fields of Autonomous Maintenance, K3, Quality system

• Willing to work in a shift system and overtime

• Strong sense of responsibility, with good leadership skills and attitude

• Proficient in Corrective Action and Preventive Action (CAPA) and able to conduct machine inspections and develop maintenance plans for industrial machinery

• Experience in the Food and Beverage (F&B) manufacturing industry is preferred
