Electrical Supervisor

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (preferred).

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a related field.

• Strong knowledge of maintenance and repair systems in a manufacturing environment, especially mechanical and electrical maintenance.

• Fluent in English is preferred.

• Detail-oriented and able to meet deadlines.

• Good communication and problem-solving skills.

• Willing to be placed in Tanggungharjo, Grobogan, Central Java.

Job Descriptions:

• Supervise and manage the engineering maintenance team.

• Plan and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance for production machines and factory facilities.

• Ensure production equipment operates efficiently with minimum downtime.

• Lead the maintenance of building electrical systems, including electrical installations, panels, and power distribution.

• Coordinate repair activities and ensure a stable and reliable power supply.

• Monitor maintenance schedules, safety standards, and team performance.
