Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repair of resort facilities and equipment

• Troubleshoot electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and air-conditioning issues

• Carry out preventive maintenance according to schedule

• Respond promptly to maintenance requests from guests and departments

• Ensure all facilities are operating safely and efficiently

• Support energy-saving initiatives and workplace safety standards

Qualifications

• Minimum vocational high school (SMK) or equivalent in Electrical, Mechanical, Engineering, or a related field

• Previous experience in a hotel, villa, resort, or similar property is an advantage

• Basic knowledge of electrical systems, plumbing, HVAC, and general maintenance

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

• Able to work independently and as part of a team

• Willing to work shifts when required

Preferred Skills

⭐ Experience with generators, pumps, STP systems, or HVAC equipment
⭐ Technical certifications are an advantage
⭐ Basic English communication skills
