Architectural & Engineering Drafter

We are seeking a highly competent Architectural and Engineering Drafter fluent in English,with a minimum of 2 years of professional experience to support design development, construction documentation, and coordination with multidisciplinary teams. The ideal candidate is technically rigorous, detail-oriented, and capable of translating conceptual designs into precise technical drawings that meet regulatory and construction standards in Indonesia.

Design & Technical Drafting

· Prepare detailed architectural and engineering drawings, including plans, sections, elevations, and construction details.

· Translate design concepts from architects and engineers into accurate technical drawings.

· Ensure drawings comply with Indonesian building codes, SNI standards, and local authority requirements.

Technical Skills

· Proficient in AutoCAD (mandatory).

· Sketch up skill

· Experience with Revit / BIM software is highly preferred.

· Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, MEP, and engineering drawings.

· Familiarity with Indonesian building regulations and permit processes is a strong plus.

Soft Skills

· High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

· Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.

· Strong communication and coordination skills with cross-functional teams.
