Editorial Layouter

About the role

We are looking for an Editorial Layouter / Layout Artist who has a keen eye for detail, is meticulous, and understands how to create visual layouts that are both aesthetic and well-organized. You will work on designing and organizing visual layouts for various publication projects, with a strong grasp of typography and the ability to make publication layouts look elegant.

Key responsibilities

• Design and organize visual layouts for various publication projects, particularly Annual Reports, Sustainability Reports, Company Profiles, Company Magazines, Calendars & Agendas

• Work with the creative team to ensure the execution of text, images, and visual elements align with the concept and brand guidelines

• Maintain design quality control by checking detail accuracy, grid, typography, and document structure neatness

• Manage files and technical documentation from pre-production through to publication-ready stage

About you

• Minimum D3 education (preferably in Graphic Design / DKV or similar)

• 3–5 years of work experience in Editorial Layout or Graphic Design

• Expert and highly proficient in operating Adobe InDesign (REQUIRED), Illustrator, and Photoshop

• Experienced in using Microsoft Word & Excel for manuscript management and document organization

• Sharp aesthetic sense, meticulous attention to detail, and understanding of book layout structure

• Able to work independently on a regular basis, while remaining collaborative and communicative when working in a team
