E-Commerce Staff – Kki

This position is for PT.KKI (Kreasi Kosmetika Indonesia), subsidiary PT, Cosmax Indonesia which is located in Gedung Cibis Nine, South Jakarta. Please read the qualification below

QUALIFICATIONS :

• Bachelors Degree of Business Management, Marketing, or related major

• Min. 2-3 years experience in e-commerce or marketplace operations, particularly Shopee and TikTok Shop

• Familiarity with Shopee Ads, TikTok Ads, or other digital advertising platforms

• Understand business aspects, marketing strategies and consumer behaviour

• Able to analyse data to recognize trends

• Experience managing MCNs, digital agencies, or e-commerce partners is an advantage

• Experience in new product launches and online brand management is preferred

• Able to speak English is a must

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Manage and optimize e-commerce platforms to improve store performance, visibility, and sales growth

• Monitor sales targets, platform performance, and key metrics to achieve business objectives

• Plan and execute promotional campaigns and digital advertising to increase traffic and conversions

• Coordinate order fulfilment, stock availability, and inventory management to ensure smooth operations for both online and offline stores

• Analyse sales trends, campaign results, and platform performance to identify opportunities for improvement

• Maintain brand consistency across e-commerce platforms and enhance customer experience and satisfaction

• Maintain and manage affiliates performance through e-commerce platform to maximize the promotion
