Production Part Leader

PT. Cosmax Indonesia urgently needs a Production Part Leader to join the Production team and be located in Ciracas, East Jakarta. You will be a direct report to Production Team Leader. Please read detail the qualifications below.

Main Responsibilities:

• Supervise and lead Line Leaders and Production Operators to ensure effective execution of daily production activities.

• Ensure production targets are achieved in accordance with established quality and quantity requirements.

• Monitor production processes to ensure product quality complies with specifications, work instructions, and quality standards.

• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and organization in Make-Up and Skin Care production areas.

• Ensure compliance with applicable standards and requirements, including ISO 22716/CGMP, ISO 9001, Halal, OHSAS, ISO 14001, and customer requirements.

• Prepare and report daily production activities and performance to the Team Leader.

Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Industrial Engineering, Pharmacy, Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or a related field.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in production, preferably as a Production Supervisor, in the cosmetics, pharmaceutical, or FMCG industry.

• Strong leadership and team management skills.

• Good understanding of cosmetics manufacturing processes, including mixing, filling, and packing.

• Good knowledge of production processes, quality standards, and GMP implementation.
