Responsibilities:

• Manage e-commerce platforms, online orders, and customer inquiries.

• Handle product listings, pricing, inventory, and online promotions.

• Process and coordinate online orders, payments, and shipping.

• Conduct and support livestream sales and engage with customers during live sessions.

• Manage Pokémon card auctions through online forums and communities.

• Assist with sales activities and provide excellent customer service.

• Monitor online sales performance and report updates to management.

Requirements:

• Experience in e-commerce, online sales, or livestream selling is preferred.

• Strong communication and customer service skills.

• Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.

• Comfortable using e-commerce platforms and digital tools.

• Familiarity with Pokémon TCG and online card communities is a plus.
