Store Operations & Customer Service Staff

We are looking for a responsible, proactive, and customer-oriented team member to support our daily store operations and deliver an excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers in-store and online with product inquiries, recommendations, purchases, and general assistance.

• Support sales activities by understanding customer needs and recommending suitable products.

• Handle cashier duties and payment transactions accurately, including cash, card, QRIS, and other payment methods.

• Process, pack, and prepare online orders accurately and efficiently for shipment.

• Manage inventory and stock, including counting, labeling, organizing, pricing, and updating products.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store, including product displays and merchandising.

• Sort, organize, and merchandise trading cards, graded cards, sealed products, and accessories according to store standards.

• Provide friendly, professional, and knowledgeable customer service to collectors, players, and visitors.

• Assist with daily store operations, including opening/closing procedures and other operational tasks.

• Handle all products with care and attention to detail, ensuring proper storage, presentation, and security.
