E-Commerce Sales

Job Descriptions:

1) Manage and optimize the company's online stores across marketplaces and the website, including product listings, pricing, inventory, and product content.
2) Execute digital sales activities by managing promotions, processing customer orders, and providing excellent customer service.
3) Monitor e-commerce performance, market trends, competitor activities, and pricing to identify opportunities and support business decisions.
4) Analyze sales and promotional performance and provide recommendations to optimize e-commerce strategies and improve overall business performance

Requirements:

1) ⁠Minimum Senior High School (SMA/SMK) or Diploma (D3) in any field.
2) At least 1 year of experience in e-commerce, marketplace operations, or online sales.
3) Familiar with marketplace platforms such as Tokopedia, TikTok Shop, Shopee, and Blibli
4) Strong administrative, communication, and customer service skills
