Requirements E-Commerce Manager :

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, Management, or related field.

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in E-Commerce, with at least 2 years of experience as a Manager or equivalent position.

• Experienced in managing Shopee, Tokopedia, TikTok Shop, Lazada, and other marketplace platforms.

• Strong understanding of marketplace operations, promotions, campaigns, and e-commerce strategy.

• Experienced in managing sales targets, GMV, traffic, conversion rate, and marketplace performance.

• Experienced in digital marketing, marketplace ads, affiliate programs, and promotional campaigns.

• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple campaigns and priorities simultaneously.

• Strong analytical, leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Target-oriented, proactive, creative, and adaptable to fast-changing e-commerce trends.

• Willing to be based in Sidoarjo, East Java.
