Digital Product Project Manager

About the role

Lead various digital projects development end-to-end, from planning, requirement gathering, implementation, to go-live and post-implementation. Coordinate with users and stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into digital product solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead various digital projects development end-to-end, from planning, requirement gathering, implementation, to go-live and post-implementation

• Coordinate with users and stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into digital products solutions

• Manage project scope, timeline, budget, resources, risks, issues, and deliverables

• Coordinate IT teams, business users, functional consultants, technical teams, and vendors

• Oversee implementation, configuration, customization, integration, and enhancement of the digital products

• Ensure the digital product solutions align with business needs and operational processes

• Manage integration of built digital products with other enterprise systems and applications

• Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT), training, change management, and go-live processes

• Monitor progress and provide project status reports to management

• Identify project risks and ensure mitigation actions and resolution

About you

• Knowledge and experience implementing various programming languages

• Minimum S1 education background in IT, Information Systems, or Management

• Experience leading projects with at least 5 users

• Minimum 2 years of experience

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Result oriented and work smart mindset

• Good analytical and documentation capabilities

• Committed to implementing Scrum-Agile or Lean-Sigma systems in development or product maintenance
