Job description

1. Lead and manage the L&D and Engagement team.
2. Design and develop engaging training programs, learning materials, and methodologies.
3. Lead mass training programs and evaluate training effectiveness.
4. Design and execute employee and driver engagement programs, including events, recognition, and internal initiatives.
5. Develop creative content and communication materials to support learning, engagement, and company culture.

Persyaratan

Requirements:

• Minimum 8-10 years of experience in Learning & Development, Training, Employee Engagement, or related fields, preferably in the ride-hailing or logistics industry.
• Proven experience in team management and large-scale training programs.
• Strong in content development, creative thinking, and visual design.
• Proficient in design tools and able to create engaging training and communication materials.
• Strong leadership, public speaking, facilitation, and communication skills.
• Willing to work in the field and support operational activities when required.
• Strong stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.
