Legal Specialist

Tanggung jawab

• Handle litigation cases, legal disputes, and court proceedings involving the company.
• Coordinate with external legal counsel, government authorities, and relevant stakeholders.
• Draft, review, and manage legal documents, pleadings, and legal correspondence.
• Provide legal advice and support on dispute resolution and legal risk mitigation.
• Monitor legal cases and ensure proper documentation and reporting of all litigation matters.

Persyaratan

• Bachelor’s Degree in Law (S.H.).
• Minimum 4 years of experience in litigation, dispute resolution, or legal practice.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian laws, regulations, and legal procedures.
• Experienced in handling court proceedings, legal disputes, and regulatory matters.
• Strong legal drafting, analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
