About the role

We are seeking a Dokter Kecantikan (Aesthetic Doctor) to join our team at SUMBER AGUNG ESTETIKA. This is a full-time position based in North Jakarta, Jakarta. As an Aesthetic Doctor, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality cosmetic and aesthetic medical services to our diverse clientele. Your expertise and clinical judgment will be essential in helping patients achieve their aesthetic goals whilst maintaining the highest standards of patient safety and care. This role is central to our mission of providing exceptional aesthetic medical treatments and establishing ourselves as a leading aesthetic medicine practice in the region.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive consultations with patients to understand their aesthetic concerns and desired outcomes

• Perform a wide range of aesthetic medical procedures including injectables, dermal fillers, chemical peels, and other non-invasive treatments

• Develop personalised treatment plans tailored to each patient's individual needs and expectations

• Ensure all procedures are performed in accordance with established medical protocols, safety standards and best practices

• Maintain detailed and accurate patient medical records and treatment documentation

• Provide professional guidance and pre- and post-treatment care instructions to patients

• Stay current with advancements in aesthetic medicine and participate in ongoing professional development

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and staff members to deliver exceptional patient experiences

• Ensure compliance with all relevant medical regulations, licensing requirements and infection control procedures

What we're looking for

• Valid medical degree (MD or equivalent) with active registration and licence from the appropriate medical board

• Specialisation or significant training and certification in aesthetic medicine or dermatology

• Proven clinical experience in performing aesthetic medical procedures

• Strong knowledge of facial anatomy, skin physiology and aesthetic principles

• Proficiency with aesthetic medical equipment and injectable techniques

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with patients

• Meticulous attention to detail and commitment to patient safety and satisfaction

• Professional demeanour with a patient-centred approach to care

• Fluency in Indonesian and English (both written and spoken)

• Current knowledge of aesthetic medicine trends and evidence-based practices
