Health Expert (Dokter)

About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to join PT. Fohoway International Indonesia, an international company engaged in the Health sector as a HEALTH EXPERT (DOKTER). In this full-time role located in Central Jakarta, you will be responsible for managing and developing Health Expert (Dokter) Fohoway, building strong relationships with clients, providing the best of Health service to customers and driving revenue growth for the business.

Key responsibilities

• Promote product range effectively, provide advice and solutions tailored to meet customer needs.

• Present and explain product details at Health Seminars held by the Company both at the Head Office and at branches

• Control the interactive customer health communication platform through the Company's website channel.

• Create and/or review educational content about health, especially related to blood circulation, healthy lifestyle, and therapy with health devices marketed by the Company

• Become a resource person or appear in events held by the Company to provide credible medical insights.

• Collaborate with creative and marketing teams in compiling educational narratives that are in accordance with medical principles and ethics.

• Increase customer trust in health information through an informative and communicative approach

• Collaborate with other functional teams, including marketing and operations, to optimize customer satisfaction and business performance, and achieve predetermined KPI targets.

• Monitor and report target achievement periodically, and propose continuous improvements.

• Willing to serve throughout Indonesia.

About you

• Minimum education of S1 Medicine (Dokter)

• Have Public Speaking skills

• Minimum 1 year experience as a doctor in Multi Level Marketing Company.

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with customers and internal stakeholders.

• Good data analysis skills to support accurate and data-based decision making

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team as well as independently to achieve the Company's goals and objectives.

• Mastery of Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, and Power Point
