Every web page, notification, help article, statement and customer communication depends on content that is accurate, trusted and available when it is needed. Our Content and Communications team is responsible for the platforms that create, govern and deliver this information across Macquarie’s banking experiences. We are bringing together a fragmented technology estate to build a simpler, better-governed ecosystem in which content can be safely reused across customer communications and power the future of our agentic banking experiences.
