About the role

Desk Collection role responsible for monitoring accounts, investigating debt data, contacting clients regarding overdue payments, and managing collection activities.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor accounts to identify unpaid debts

• Investigate historical data for each debt or invoice

• Find and contact clients to inquire about overdue payments

• Take action to encourage timely debt payment

• Process payments and refunds

• Resolve billing and customer credit issues

• Update account status records and collection efforts

• Report collection activities and accounts receivable status

About you

• Minimum SMA/SMK education

• Minimum 1 year experience as Desk Collection

• AFPI/SPPI certification

• Disciplined, firm, and responsible

• Communication and negotiation skills

• Willing to be placed in Semarang City
