About the role

PT. Mahaya Business Group is seeking a creative, detail-oriented, and results-driven individual with strong visual communication skills to join our team as a Design & Editor. This position is responsible for developing visual materials and creative content to support branding, marketing, sales, corporate communications, and business development activities across all Mahaya Group business units. The Design & Editor will work as part of a centralized team supporting all Mahaya Group business units and collaborate closely with the Marketing, Public Relations, Sales, and Management teams.

Key responsibilities

• Create visual materials for corporate branding and communications, including company profiles, corporate presentations, brochures, service catalogs, business proposals, flyers, banners, and other promotional materials

• Develop visual content for social media, websites, landing pages, digital campaigns, and corporate communication channels

• Maintain consistency in Mahaya Group's visual identity, including logo usage, colors, typography, and visual communication style

• Edit videos for service promotions, social media content, company profiles, event documentation, webinars, and other corporate activities

• Produce short-form videos for digital platforms such as Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and other relevant channels

• Edit photos and perform color correction, visual adjustments, text overlays, subtitle integration, transitions, audio editing, and other graphic enhancements as needed

• Collaborate with the Digital Marketing team to produce visual materials for marketing campaigns, digital advertising, educational content, and lead generation activities

• Support the Sales team by preparing presentations, proposals, company profiles, service catalogs, and visual materials for meetings with prospective clients

• Translate internal briefs into appropriate design or video concepts that meet business requirements

• Manage assignments according to priorities, deadlines, and the needs of each business unit

About you

• Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's degree in Visual Communication Design, Graphic Design, Multimedia, Film, Broadcasting, or a related field

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in graphic design, video editing, multimedia, content production, or a similar role

• Proficiency in design applications such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, CorelDRAW, or equivalent tools

• Proficiency in video editing applications such as Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve, or equivalent tools

• Strong understanding of visual design principles, composition, typography, color theory, layout, storytelling, and visual communication

• Ability to create visual content for digital marketing, branding, business presentations, and social media

• A portfolio of design and/or video work demonstrating technical skills, creativity, and quality of execution

• Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing time and meeting deadlines

• Willingness to receive feedback and handle revisions professionally

• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team
