Design and Technology Teacher for Secondary level

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (S1) or Master's degree (S2) in Product Design, Graphic Design, Computer Science, or related field, from a reputable university.

• Knowledgeable in Design & Technology (preferably IGCSE level) and capable in operating workshop equipment (e.g. drill, saw, sanding machine, etc.)

• Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the diverse learning needs of students, inspiring and motivating them to reach high academic goals.

• Effective classroom management and organisational skills.

• Fluency in both English and Bahasa, both verbal and written.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Familiarity with basic office software, online teaching tools, and digital classroom platforms.

• Genuine passion in the field of education.

• Ability to work both individually and as a team.

• Can join as soon as possible

Responsibilities

• Teach junior high school students using engaging and student-centered approaches

• Plan and deliver well-structured, differentiated lessons that support students' different learning abilities

• Prepare students for the Cambridge IGCSE pathway, ensuring the development of students' academic and non-academic capabilities

• Monitor and assess student progress regularly, providing timely feedback and academic support

• Communicate effectively with students and parents regarding students' progress

• Serve as a homeroom teacher, providing individual care and guidance

• Participate actively in school programs and extracurricular activities

• Foster a positive learning environment and support students in achieving their full potential
