Department head Commercial

Job Description :

•Identify and develop potential new customers to achieve the company’s revenue targets.

•Drive revenue growth from existing customers through continuous business development initiatives.

•Conduct regular (weekly) meetings to monitor and evaluate sales activity progress.

•Develop sales plans and execute sales activities consistently, including customer visits and well-documented sales administration.

•Maintain ongoing communication with customers to understand their needs and enhance customer satisfaction.

•Ensure service delivery is implemented in accordance with agreed contracts or service agreements.

•Handle and coordinate the resolution of operational and financial issues, including arranging meetings and monitoring progress.

•Conduct Service Quality Meetings with customers to ensure performance meets agreed standards and contractual commitments.

Qualification :

•Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.

•Minimum 5 years of experience in a related position

•Proven experience in handling clients within the mining industry

•Experience in a mining company is a plus

•Strong interpersonal & leadership skill

Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
