Job Description

1. Manage systems and customer database

2. Maintain long-term relationships with the customer

3. Assist the Account Manager to identify new sales opportunities and develop new prospects.

4. Provide the right information about customer needs

5. Proactive in responding to customer requests

6. Able to respond to complaints and claims from customers

7. Provide reports to customers regularly

Requirements :

1. Minimum Bachelor's degree (Management, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field).

2. 3–5 years of experience in logistics sales/freight forwarding/distribution.

3. Understanding of logistics operations (trucking, warehousing, and export-import).

4. Willing to visit customer sites.
