As a senior leader within the Financial People and Engagement Group Data Office, you will be responsible for driving the execution of Data Governance Execution Plan and translating enterprise policies, standards and regulatory requirements into practical, scalable solutions. You will lead the design and implementation of technology-enabled governance capabilities, oversee a portfolio of cross-functional initiatives, and influence senior stakeholders to strengthen accountability, improve data quality and deliver measurable business outcomes. Through strong leadership and collaboration, you will build sustainable governance capability and support the successful adoption of governance practices across the organisation.
