Customer Support for Japanese Speaker in Sanur

About the role

Provide first-level IT support to Japanese-speaking clients in an international working environment. You will assist users with Microsoft 365 applications and troubleshoot basic technical issues while communicating with clients in Japanese.

Key responsibilities

• Provide first-level IT support to Japanese-speaking clients

• Assist users with Microsoft 365 applications, including Outlook, Microsoft Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint

• Troubleshoot basic technical issues and guide users toward effective solutions

• Communicate with clients in Japanese and collaborate with the team to resolve technical concerns

• Document support requests and follow up on issues according to established procedures

About you

• Able to communicate in Japanese (JLPT N3 or above is preferred)

• Interested in IT support, troubleshooting, and learning new technologies

• Good communication and problem-solving skills

• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office or Microsoft 365 is an advantage

• Previous IT Helpdesk or IT Support experience is a plus, but fresh graduates are welcome to apply

• Willing to work on a rotating shift schedule in a 24/7 support environment, including weekends and public holidays
