IT Tenant Migration

About the role

PT AICORE Network Solution Indonesia (AINS) is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented IT Tenant Migration Specialist to join our growing team. This role offers the opportunity to develop expertise in Microsoft technologies and gain hands-on experience in real-world IT migration projects.

Key responsibilities

• Support Microsoft 365 tenant-to-tenant migration projects

• Assist with the migration of Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Microsoft Teams

• Perform pre-migration assessments, configuration checks, data preparation, and post-migration verification

• Troubleshoot migration issues and assist in resolving technical problems

• Coordinate with project team members to ensure migration activities are completed according to project requirements

• Prepare technical documentation, migration reports, and progress updates

• Ensure data integrity, security, and minimal disruption throughout the migration process

About you

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred

• Basic knowledge of Microsoft 365, cloud services, networking, or IT infrastructure

• Familiarity with Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Microsoft Teams is an advantage

• Understanding of Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), user accounts, permissions, and tenant administration is a plus

• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills

• Detail-oriented, eager to learn, and able to work collaboratively in a team

• Good communication skills and a willingness to learn new technologies

• Relevant Microsoft 365 or IT Support experience encouraged
