Customer Service Staff

About the role

We are seeking a talented and customer-focused Customer Service Staff to join our team at PT. Salam Pacific Indonesia Lines' in Tanjung Priok, North Jakarta. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support and ensuring a positive experience for our clients.

What you'll be doing

• Responding to customer inquiries and concerns via phone, email, and other communication channels in a timely and professional manner

• Resolving customer issues and complaints effectively, while maintaining a courteous and empathetic attitude

• Providing detailed information about our products and services, and guiding customers through the purchasing process

• Updating customer records and maintaining accurate documentation of all interactions

• Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless customer service delivery

• Identifying areas for improvement and contributing to the enhancement of our customer service processes

What we're looking for

• Proven experience in a customer service or call center role, preferably within the logistics or transportation industry

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and address customer concerns

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer satisfaction

• Proficiency in using spreadsheet and other office applications

• A positive, adaptable, and team-oriented attitude

• Fluency in both Bahasa Indonesia and English, proficiency in Mandarin is a plus.

• Willing to be placed in Tanjung Priok, North Jakarta
