About the role

Customer Service Online / Sales Chat role focused on responding to and serving customer chats through WhatsApp in a fast, friendly, and professional manner. The position involves building good communication to increase customer trust, answering questions, handling customer concerns, and guiding customers through to closing/order.

Key responsibilities

• Reply to and serve customer chats through WhatsApp quickly, in a friendly and professional manner

• Provide information about products to prospective customers

• Build good communication to increase customer trust

• Answer questions and handle customer objections well

• Follow up with prospective customers

• Direct and assist customers until closing/order occurs

• Record and report every successful order obtained

About you

• Good and polite communication skills

• Able to use WhatsApp well

• Mastery of melayu language is a key value

• Basic English skills are permitted

• Target and sales results oriented

• Responsive, disciplined, honest, and responsible

• Experience as Customer Service, Online Admin, Sales Chat, or Telemarketing is an added value

• Able to work independently and consistently
