Customer Service (WhatsApp & CRM)

Placement: Banobagi & Woori Plastic Surgery Clinic, The Solitaire, Sanur, Bali

We are looking for a responsive and detail-oriented Customer Service staff member to handle patient inquiries for a Korean beauty and plastic surgery clinic in Bali. You will be the first point of contact for prospective patients, guiding them from their first WhatsApp message through consultation until they are ready to book their procedure. You will also keep our CRM accurate and up to date.

Job Description

• Respond to patient inquiries via WhatsApp promptly, clearly, and professionally.

• Explain clinic services, procedures, pricing, and the consultation process to prospective patients.

• Build rapport with prospective patients and guide them toward booking a consultation and procedure.

• Schedule consultation appointments and coordinate with the medical team on availability.

• Follow up with prospective patients who have not yet booked or confirmed.

• Keep the CRM updated, including:

  • Appointments and schedule changes

  • Patient profiles and inquiry history

  • Payment status (deposits, down payments, and settlements)

  • Consultation results and treatment plans

• Coordinate with doctors, the medical team, and the operations team to provide accurate information to patients.

• Hand over confirmed patients to the clinic team with complete and accurate records.

• Support Sanur branch operations and assist with other ad-hoc duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree (S1) in any field.

• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia, both spoken and written.

• Strong written communication skills: clear, friendly, and professional chat responses.

• Comfortable working with CRM systems, spreadsheets, and data entry, with high accuracy.

• Organized and detail-oriented, able to manage many conversations and follow-ups at once.

• Persuasive and service-oriented, able to turn inquiries into bookings.

• At least 1 year of experience in Customer Service, Sales, Admin, or a related field. Fresh graduates with strong communication skills are welcome to apply.

• Willing to work in Sanur, Bali.

Preferred Qualifications

• English communication skills (spoken and written).

• Korean language skills.

• Experience in a clinic, beauty, medical tourism, or hospitality industry.

• Experience handling customer chats or sales via WhatsApp or social media.

• Experience using a CRM system.
