Custom Clearance Specialist (PIB-PEB)

Job Description :

• Handle PIB/PEB (Import/Export Declaration) processing independently and ensure timely submission.

• Review and verify import documents for customs clearance.

• Coordinate with Bea Cukai, PPJK, freight forwarders, and related parties.

• Ensure correct HS Code classification and import duty calculations.

• Support customs audits and compliance activities.

• Monitor import shipment clearance status and resolve issues.

• Maintain customs documentation and prepare periodic reports.

• Ensure compliance with Indonesian customs regulations and company requirements.

Qualification :

• Bachelor's Degree in any relevant field.

• Minimum 4-6 years experience in Customs Clearance, Import-Export, Freight Forwarding, or PPJK.

• Strong knowledge of PIB process, HS Code classification, and Indonesian customs regulations.

• Hands-on experience coordinating directly with Bea Cukai.

• Familiar with CEISA and customs documentation.

• Good communication and coordination skills.

• Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks.

• English proficiency, both written and spoken.

• Willing to be based full-time at Karawang
