CSA Drafter (Civil Structure Architecture)

Job Responsibilities

1. Responsible for drawing, modifying, and organizing project construction drawings, detailed drawings, and as-built drawings;

2. Based on design drawings and on-site construction conditions, complete the detailed and adjustment of architectural, structural, and other related drawings;

3. Assist project technicians in completing construction plans, node detail drawings, and drawing in engineering technical documents;

4. Timely update construction drawings and as-built drawings based on actual site construction conditions;

5. Responsible for classification, numbering, archiving, and version management of CAD drawings;

6. Assist the project department in completing drawings modifications proposed by the owner, design unit, and construction team;

7. Complete other drawing and technical assistance tasks assigned by the project department.

Job Specifications

1. College degree or above, majors in architecture, civil engineering, engineering drawing, or related fields preferred;

2. Proficient in AutoCAD, able to independently complete the drawing and modification of architectural and structural construction drawings;

3. More than 2 years of experience in drafting architectural engineering projects;

4. Familiar with architectural and structural construction drawings and common construction nodes, able to read construction drawings;

5. Experience in on-site drawing, drawing detailing, or as-built drawing is preferred;

6. Ability to use software such as SketchUp, Revit, Civil 3D is preferred;

7. Candidates with English communication skills and the ability to communicate with Chinese technical personnel are preferred;

8. Work conscientiously and responsibly, able to adapt to the project site work environment, and comply with project work arrangements.
