Corporate Development Officer

Placement: One of our affiliated companies operating in the Wellness & Fitness Industry.

We are seeking a proactive and analytical Corporate Development Officer to support the company's growth initiatives through business expansion, strategic partnerships, investment analysis, and investor engagement.

This role will work closely with Management and cross-functional teams to identify growth opportunities, evaluate new business initiatives, develop strategic partnerships, prepare business and investment analyses, and support communication with investors and key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate new business, partnership, and expansion opportunities.

• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and industry assessments to support growth strategies.

• Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with corporate clients, landlords, franchise prospects, and business partners.

• Identify and develop B2B opportunities, including corporate wellness initiatives.

• Prepare business cases, feasibility studies, investment analyses, and commercial proposals.

• Analyze financial, operational, and market data to support strategic decision-making.

• Support the evaluation of potential investments, acquisitions, joint ventures, and other strategic initiatives.

• Build and maintain relationships with investors, shareholders, and key business stakeholders.

• Prepare management and investor presentations, business updates, and performance reports.

• Collaborate with Finance, Operations, Marketing, Sales, Legal, and other teams to execute strategic initiatives.

• Monitor business performance, market developments, risks, and opportunities.

• Support other strategic projects assigned by Management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Management, Marketing, or related fields.

• 2–5 years of experience in Corporate Development, Business Development, Strategy, Investment, Partnership, Consulting, or related fields.

• Strong analytical and commercial mindset with good business judgment.

• Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

• Good command of English, both written and spoken.

• Proactive, results-oriented, and comfortable working in a dynamic environment.

Preferred: Experience in wellness, fitness, healthcare, consumer, retail, hospitality, franchise, or multi-location businesses.
