Corporate Communication Supervisor

Job Description

• Develop and execute corporate communication programs aligned with the company’s business objectives, corporate values, and brand positioning.
• Manage internal and external corporate communications, including company announcements, newsletters, press releases, corporate statements, and management communications.
• Support the development of corporate communication materials for management, employees, business partners, media, and other stakeholders.
• Coordinate media relations activities, including media engagement, press conferences, interviews, media monitoring, and press releases.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with journalists, media outlets, business partners, and other external stakeholders.
• Monitor media coverage and public sentiment related to the company, its brands, management, and business activities.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Corporate Communication, Public Relations, Media Relations, or a related field.
• Experience in managing corporate communications within a large organization, retail group, FMCG, or multi-brand company is preferred.
• Strong understanding of media relations, corporate communications, and reputation management.
• Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.
• Good understanding of digital communication and social media platforms.
• Able to work effectively under tight deadlines and manage multiple communication projects simultaneously.
• High level of professionalism, attention to detail, confidentiality, and business acumen.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
