About the role
Coordinator Special Event (Fashion) supports the planning and execution of fashion-related events, particularly to support JF3 (Jakarta Fashion Festival). The role involves coordinating event preparations, vendors, talents, and ensuring that the event runs smoothly according to the concept and timeline.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related major

• Minimum 1 year of experience in event management

• Fresh graduates with event internship experience are welcome to apply

• Strong interest in and knowledge of the fashion industry 

• Having an extensive network in the fashion industry will be a plus

• Excellent time management skills and strong attention to detail

• Willing to work at Summarecon Mall Kelapa Gading

• Ready to work on weekends and national holidays

Job Description:

• Propose budgets and event concepts for annual event (fashion)

• Coordinate and confirm approvals with event organizers, artists, event supporters, and tenants to ensure events run smoothly

• Prepare reports and analyze completed events on a periodic basis, including budget realization, promotional advertisement evidence, and event documentation
