Ame Bistro & Coffee is Hiring

A well-known bistro recognized for its curated coffee and delicious French-inspired cuisine is currently looking for passionate individuals to join our team and fill the following positions:

COOK

Qualifications:

1. Able to join immediately and willing to work flexible schedules, from morning to afternoon/evening shifts.

2. Minimum 2 years of experience in the relevant field is preferred.

3. Able to prepare Western and French cuisine.

4. Good knowledge of food safety and kitchen hygiene; HACCP knowledge is a plus.

5. Able to follow recipes and maintain consistent food quality and presentation.

6. Able to multitask, cooperative, and able to work well in a team.

7. Able to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.

8. Good English communication skills.
   

General Duties and Responsibilities:

- Prepare and cook Western and French dishes according to recipes, quality standards, and proper presentation.
- Maintain food safety, kitchen hygiene, cleanliness, and proper food storage at all times.
- Work efficiently with the kitchen team during service, follow SOPs, minimize food waste, and ensure smooth kitchen operations.
