At DHL Supply Chain, we're looking for an experienced Control Tower Manager to oversee and drive operational performance across our integrated logistics network supporting a strategic customer account.

As the leader of the Control Tower function, you will be responsible for ensuring end-to-end supply chain visibility, managing operational exceptions, coordinating stakeholders, and driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service excellence and customer satisfaction.

This is an exciting opportunity to lead a critical component of DHL's LLP operation while working closely with warehouse, transportation, customer, and regional stakeholders.

Your Impact as Control Tower Manager

1. Lead Control Tower Operations

• Oversee daily Control Tower activities and operational performance.

• Ensure proactive monitoring of supply chain activities across transportation and warehousing operations.

• Drive operational visibility and exception management processes.

• Ensure SLA and KPI commitments are achieved.

1. Stakeholder Management & Customer Engagement

• Act as the key operational interface between DHL, customers, carriers, and suppliers.

• Lead operational review meetings and governance forums.

• Manage escalations and ensure timely issue resolution.

• Build strong stakeholder relationships to support seamless operations.

1. Performance Management

• Monitor operational KPIs and service performance.

• Analyze operational trends and identify improvement opportunities.

• Develop performance reports and management dashboards.

• Ensure operational risks and service disruptions are proactively managed.

1. Continuous Improvement

• Lead process optimization initiatives.

• Drive root cause analysis and corrective actions.

• Support digitalization and automation efforts across logistics operations.

• Promote best practices and operational excellence standards.

1. Team Leadership

• Lead and develop the Control Tower team.

• Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

• Support capability development and succession planning.

What We're Looking For

1. Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Engineering, or related discipline

2. Minimum 6-8 years of experience in:

• Supply Chain Operations

• Logistics Management

• Control Tower Operations

• Transportation or Warehouse Management

1. Previous team leadership experience

2. Strong stakeholder management capabilities

3. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

4. Experience with KPI management and operational reporting

5. Professional proficiency in English

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in LLP, 3PL, 4PL, or Contract Logistics environment

• Advanced Excel and Power BI knowledge

• Lean Six Sigma or Continuous Improvement certification

• Experience managing customer-facing logistics operations
