DHL Supply Chain is seeking experienced Operations Executives to support a newly established warehouse operation for Olam. This role will coordinate daily warehouse activities and ensure operational targets, customer requirements, and safety standards are achieved consistently.

Your Impact as Operations Executive

Warehouse Execution

• Coordinate inbound, outbound, inventory, and value-added service activities

• Monitor operational performance and productivity

• Ensure operational compliance with SOPs and customer requirements

Team Coordination

• Supervise daily operational activities

• Support manpower allocation and shift planning

• Coach and guide operational teams

Performance Management

• Monitor KPIs and operational reports

• Identify operational improvement opportunities

• Ensure inventory accuracy and service quality

Safety & Quality

• Maintain workplace safety standards

• Support quality audits and compliance programs

• Drive operational discipline on the warehouse floor

What We're Looking For

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or equivalent

• Minimum 3-5 years of warehouse operations experience

• Experience in inventory control, warehousing, or distribution operations

• Good understanding of WMS and warehouse processes

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities

• Good communication and teamwork skills
