Production Supervisor

Tanggung jawab

1. Execute daily production plans according to the approved production schedule and required delivery timelines.
2. Monitor production output, line speed, manpower utilization, and production efficiency to achieve established targets.
3. Ensure production lines operate according to approved work instructions, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and process parameters.
4. Coordinate with PPIC, Warehouse, QA/QC, Maintenance, and other relevant departments to ensure production readiness.
5. Manage production changeovers, line clearance, and product transitions to minimize downtime and prevent product mix-ups.

Persyaratan

1. Bachelor's degree in engineering, pharmacy, chemistry or a related field
2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in FMCG manufacturing, preferably in a aerosol production
3. Familiar with aerosol filling, packaging, and quality-control processes.
4. Strong knowledge of GMP, safety regulations, and production standards.
5. Good leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
6. Willing to be based in Salatiga
