About the Role

PT Kapit Mas is a jewelry manufacturing and trading company based in Bali, committed to delivering high-quality products through innovation, craftsmanship, and continuous improvement.

We are looking for a Content Creator / Videographer to join our Marketing Department and support visual content production across our brands.

This role is responsible for producing engaging photo and video content, including short-form videos, product photography, and documentation of manufacturing processes, installations, and training activities. You will collaborate with the creative team to transform content briefs into compelling visual stories while maintaining organized visual assets for marketing and communication needs.

Key Responsibilities :

• Shoot and edit short-form video content, including Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and B2B factory-related content.

• Produce product photography for catalogues and marketing materials, including tools, machines, manufacturing processes, and other relevant products.

• Document field activities, including installations, training sessions, and operational processes.

• Manage and organize the company's visual asset library, including photos, videos, and other creative materials.

• Execute photo and video production based on creative briefs and visual direction provided by the creative team.

• Ensure content is visually engaging, technically accurate, and suitable for the intended platform and audience.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor's Degree (S1) in any major.

• 0–2 years of experience in content creation, videography, photography, or related creative work. Fresh graduates with relevant portfolios are welcome to apply.

• Strong portfolio featuring Reels, video editing, and photography that demonstrates visual storytelling abilities.

• Hands-on video editing experience using Adobe Premiere Pro or similar software.

• Working knowledge of DSLR, mirrorless, or smartphone cameras, including lighting, framing, and audio recording.

• Good understanding of vertical-first content formats and platform trends across Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube Shorts.

• Basic graphic design skills using Canva, Photoshop, Figma, or Illustrator.

• Good Bahasa Indonesia and workable English communication skills for creative briefs and captions.

• Willing to conduct on-site shoots in workshops and factories, with occasional travel as required.

• Creative, communicative, detail-oriented, adaptable, and able to collaborate effectively with the creative team.

• Experience producing product, industrial, or B2B content is an advantage.

• Knowledge of motion graphics using Adobe After Effects or similar software, and basic copywriting or caption development skills, is preferred.

• Interest in jewelry, craftsmanship, machinery, or manufacturing will be a strong advantage.
