Video Content Creator

About the role

Plan, shoot, and produce engaging video content to promote TRM Hospitality's resorts, villas, facilities, services, and guest experiences. Create creative video concepts and storyboards aligned with the company's branding, marketing objectives, and target audience. Handle video production, including shooting, lighting, audio recording, and editing for various digital platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Edit and optimize video content for social media platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and other digital marketing channels

• Collaborate with the Marketing and Communication team to develop content ideas and execute marketing campaigns

• Coordinate with resort and villa teams to capture property highlights, activities, events, promotions, and hospitality experiences

• Ensure all video content maintains consistent brand identity, visual quality, and storytelling standards

• Stay updated on social media trends, video formats, and creative techniques to improve audience engagement and content performance

• Organize and maintain video footage, project files, and the company's video content library

• Manage multiple content projects and ensure all deliverables meet the agreed deadlines
