Content Creator / Video Editor

Job Description

• Develop and execute creative content from concepting, scripting, shooting, directing, to editing.

• Produce engaging photo and video content for Gentem’s brands, including Reels, TikTok, YouTube, events, classes, and testimonials.

• Edit short-form and long-form video content, including subtitles, pacing, transitions, and basic motion.

• Develop creative ideas, hooks, scripts, and storytelling concepts aligned with brand direction and target audience.

• Shoot photo and video content using DSLR, mirrorless cameras, or mobile devices.

• Direct talents, trainers, teachers, and internal teams during content production.

• Create simple visual assets and carousel content using Canva or similar tools.

• Collaborate with the Social Media team to ensure content is aligned with campaign direction and platform requirements.

• Manage and organise raw footage, final content, and other creative assets.

• Continuously improve the quality and creativity of content across Gentem’s brands.
