About the role

This role is responsible for managing TikTok Affiliate and Shopee Affiliate accounts for IGOODCO makeup products, from content planning, video creation, editing, to publishing engaging content to increase reach, engagement, and product sales.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage TikTok Affiliate and Shopee Affiliate accounts specifically for IGOODCO makeup products

  • Create video content promoting IGOODCO makeup products, including makeup tutorials, product reviews, application demonstrations, and beauty trend content

  • Serve as talent in video content and apply makeup using IGOODCO products

  • Capture product video footage and edit using CapCut or similar applications

  • Use beauty effects, face filters, skin smoothing, transitions, text, subtitles, and other visual effects as needed

  • Create hooks, concepts, and CTAs to increase audience interest and drive purchases

  • Upload and schedule content on TikTok Affiliate and Shopee Affiliate accounts according to content calendar

  • Ensure videos, captions, product links, and affiliate carts match the promoted products

  • Monitor content performance including views, engagement, product clicks, orders, and GMV if available

  • Follow relevant TikTok and Shopee Video trends to develop IGOODCO makeup promotion content ideas

About you

  • Able to use and apply IGOODCO makeup for content creation purposes

  • Able to edit videos using CapCut, including cuts, transitions, text, music, and visual effects

  • Understand the use of beauty effects, face filters, skin smoothing, and light retouching

  • Creative in making short videos that are attractive, natural, and aligned with social media trends

  • Understand basics of TikTok and Shopee Affiliate account management

  • Able to create hooks, captions, and CTAs that support product promotion and sales

  • Understand basic content performance analysis, such as views, product clicks, orders, and GMV

  • Disciplined, detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work to targets and deadlines

  • Willing to work full-time in Jakarta Barat
