Content Creator Graduate Trainee (Paid Internship)

Job Responsibilities

• Execute creative briefs from Content Manager.

• Film TikTok-native videos for multiple brands and SKUs.

• Create captions for video posts.

• Edit using CapCut (preferred) or equivalent tools.

• Optimize captions, music, pacing and hooks.

• Create multiple remix variations for A/B testing.

• Monitor TikTok trends and recommend hooks and ideas.

• Assisting Content Manager on content performance analysis.

• Maintain organized content library and raw footage.

• Ensure deliverables follow brand guidelines.

• Assist Content Manager on posting the content on Brand Social Media.

Job Requirements

• Fresh graduate with passion about TikTok and short-form content.

• Good command in English both verbal and writing.

• Willing to be contracted for 3 months as a start with work placement in Halim, East Jakarta.

• Must be proficient in CapCut (mandatory), with knowledge of VN, Premiere Pro or Final Cut being a plus.

• Able to shoot with a smartphone.

• Strong understanding of TikTok trends and storytelling.

• Portfolio of TikTok/Reels/Shorts is preferred.

• Experience as a TikTok Affiliate is a strong advantage.
