Content Creator – Beauty Brand

About the role

Create creative and engaging content for TikTok, Instagram, and other social media platforms relevant to the brand, products, and target audience. Handle the content creation process from concept development, shooting, editing, to publishing, including beauty-related content such as makeup tutorials, product reviews, product demonstrations, beauty tips, and before-and-after content.

Key responsibilities

• Create content that is relevant to the brand, products, and target audience

• Follow and understand the latest social media and beauty trends in Indonesia

• Develop creative content ideas based on viral trends, popular sounds, and current topics

• Produce high-quality visual and video content using a smartphone or camera

• Edit short-form videos using CapCut, VN, Adobe Premiere, or similar editing tools

• Create strong and interesting hooks to attract viewers within the first few seconds

• Monitor content performance, including views, reach, engagement, and watch time

• Analyze content performance and develop new ideas to improve results

• Work closely with the marketing and KOL team to support campaigns and promotional activities

• Keep up with new trends, content formats, and competitor activities in the Indonesian beauty market

About you

• Creative, proactive, responsible, and able to work independently or as part of a team

• Comfortable participating in video content when required for the role

• Able to adapt content to current trends and the Indonesian beauty market

• Good understanding of TikTok, Instagram, and other social media platforms

• Basic knowledge of video shooting, lighting, composition, and editing

• Portfolio or previous experience in content creation is a plus
