About the role

Durham Gear is a local Indonesian producer of high-quality tactical gear, military equipment, and outdoor activity equipment designed to technical specifications for field requirements. We are seeking a Content Creator responsible for developing and managing content across our platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Research and develop ideas: Determine topics, trends, and concepts that are relevant and engaging for target audiences

• Produce content: Write scripts, take photos or videos, design visuals, and perform editing in accordance with platform standards

• Manage platforms: Upload content consistently, optimise SEO and captions, and schedule content distribution

• Interact with audiences: Respond to comments, messages, and feedback to build an active and loyal community

• Analyse content performance: Monitor metrics such as reach, engagement, and views using analytical tools for evaluation and strategy improvement

• Maintain brand consistency: Ensure tone, visual style, and messaging align with the brand identity being represented
  
  Keterampilan dan Kualifikasi

  1.     Minimal pendidikan D3/S1 Komunikasi/Desain atau setara.

  2.     Pengealaman minimal 1 tahun

  3.     Fresh Graduate Are Welcome.

  4.     Menyertakan Portofolio

  5.     Memiliki sense of design yang baik, kreatif, detail, dan mampu mengikuti tren.

  6.     Mampu bekerja dengan deadline dan menyelesaikan beberapa pekerjaan desain dalam waktu yang bersamaan.

  7.     Mampu menerima brief, memahami kebutuhan konten, dan memberikan ide visual yang menarik.
