Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day communication with brand partners, sponsors, and collaborators.
• Coordinate the execution of commercial projects across RWDGG portfolios, including campaigns, partnerships, and activations.
• Support the development of partnership opportunities and brand collaborations across IPs, events, and digital initiatives.
• Maintain and nurture relationships with brand partners, community partners, and external collaborators.
• Work closely with internal teams (strategy, creative, and production) to ensure project timelines and deliverables are executed smoothly.
• Assist in identifying opportunities for partnership growth, renewals, and upselling across existing accounts.
• Support the preparation of partnership proposals, commercial decks, and collaboration plans.

Persyaratan

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in account management, partnerships, brand collaborations, or agency roles.
• Strong communication and relationship management skills.
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced agency or creative environment.
• Interest in brand partnerships, events, media, and creative campaigns.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to collaborate across different teams.
