2. Create Training Need Analysis (TNA)

3. Deliver training for Operational employees and Head Office employee

4. Design and make the training/syllabus/curriculum program

5. On-field training or observation

6. Evaluate until/on Level 3 (behavior)

7. Develop Talent Employee

Job Requirements

1. Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in any field.

2. At least 5 years of working experience in Training & Development for corporate position is required for this position. Preferably with managerial level.

3. 5- 7 years relevant experience

4. Excellent command of written and spoken English

5. Excellent presentation and communication skills

6. Willing to be placed in Manado
