Job Description

1. Identify Training needs, working closely with Partners
2. Create Training Need Analysis (TNA)
3. Deliver training for Operational employees and Head Office employee
4. Design and make the training/syllabus/curriculum program
5. On-field training or observation
6. Evaluate until/on Level 3 (behavior)
7. Develop Talent Employee

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor Degree in Education, Psychology/related major.
2. Experienced at least 2 years as a Trainer
3. Preferably has experience in Gadget/ Electronic/ Accesories
4. Ready to go mobile to do training.
5. Excellent in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Canva.
6. Fluent in English.
7. Communicative, High-Initiative, Reliable.
8. Able to work in a Fast-Paced Industry.
9. Willing to be placed in Semarang
