Job Description

• Handle construction contracts and related documentation, including contract preparation, review, signing, stamping, filing, and archiving.

• Monitor and maintain contract records, contractual obligations, and key contract milestones.

• Assist in contract administration and commercial activities throughout the project lifecycle.

• Participate in contract negotiations with clients, suppliers, subcontractors, and other relevant parties.

• Prepare and review Variation Orders (VO), claims, payment applications, and other commercial documents.

• Support the evaluation of contractual changes, cost implications, and commercial issues.

• Assist in identifying contractual risks and ensuring compliance with contract terms and conditions.

• Support daily commercial and contract management activities.

Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Engineering Management, Quantity Surveying, or a related field.

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Commercial, Contract Management, Quantity Surveying, or a related position in the construction/EPC industry.

• Strong understanding of construction contracts, contract administration, commercial management, and project documentation.

• Experience in Variation Orders (VO), claims, payment applications, and contract negotiations is preferred.

• Proficient in English, both spoken and written.

• Good communication, negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

• Candidates with previous experience in Chinese-funded construction companies are preferred.

• Detail-oriented, responsible, and well-organized.
