Cashier & Bank

Job Description:

• Manage and monitor daily petty cash, including reconciliation, balance checking, and expense verification.

• Process urgent payments for cargo pickup, trucking, container detention, warehouse storage, and other port-related expenses.

• Provide emergency payment support outside working hours, including weekends and public holidays when required.

• Record and update payment transactions accurately in the internal system.

• Ensure payment data matches the relevant container number, Bill of Lading (B/L), business order, and supporting documents.

• Process OA reimbursement and maintain invoices, receipts, and other payment documents.

• Monitor payment activities to prevent unauthorized, over-limit, or non-compliant transactions.

• Identify unusual expenditures and support periodic petty cash analysis and risk control.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred.

• Previous experience in Finance, Accounting, Cashier, or Payment Operations, preferably within the local freight forwarding or logistics industry.

• Detail-oriented, strong integrity and accountability, with the ability to maintain financial control and follow payment authorization procedures.

• Good understanding of internal control, payment procedures, and audit compliance.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and comfortable working with OA systems and corporate online banking platforms.

• Proficient in English Language is preferred.
